Feature: Grouping levels into a HUB

Created by: c4tnt

This feature allows to create a connections between levels which allows to walk between levels in both directions without loosing any data or level states. Ths same system is used in Hexen, Quake2, HalfLife and so forth. Additional feature is the time correction for the level when player comes there second time: all dynamic objects should act as if the level haven't been ever unloaded.
